The Rugsuckers, Inc. Carpet Cleaning Process
We start our professional cleaning service with a careful inspection of the area to be cleaned. We will determine the needs specific to your type of carpet or flooring. We will then apply the appropriate pre-spray to break down and lift the general dirt and oils to be carried away by our hot steam extraction process. If there are stubborn stains, we will treat them with a professional spot remover specific to the type of stain. We use only softened, filtered water in our clean rinse procedure to guarantee a residue free surface. The right care extends the life of any floor. We bring advanced techniques that leave your floors beautiful and as clean as can be.

We don't think you should have to deal with hidden costs. We are upfront with our pricing and the price quoted is the price you will pay. We will never try to upsell and will always provide value and outstanding service, regardless of the size or difficulty of the job. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means if the stains return, or you're not happy with the service, within 30 days after the initial appointment, we will come back and re-treat the soiled areas.
Base Pricing
Caring for your floors shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. We offer competitive base pricing:
- $100 for first two rooms (a room is any carpeted area up to 300 sf)
- $25 each additional room
- $100 minimum charge (spot removal)
- $1 per stair
- Hard surface cleaning starting at $1.25/sf (minimum charge $75)
For most jobs, stain removal is included. On rare occasions, heavily stained/soiled floors may require additional attention and incur additional charges. All charges will be discussed and approved by YOU prior to performing any work. Large areas will be charged by the square foot. Contact us for a free quote. These base prices are for residential customers. Please all for multi-housing and commercial rates.
We accept all forms of payment. We take all major credit cards, cash, and check (any and all returned checks will be subject to a $35 returned item fee).
